The Midway Campus is not only the new world headquarters for Blackstrap, but is also home to several exciting local businesses like Junction Roastery & Social Club, Work Collective, and Shredder. With 75,000 SF of space across three structures, along with outdoor common areas for events, Midway is positioned to be a new destination in the community that provides fresh retail options and job opportunities.

This project finds itself nestled amidst active industrial businesses, residential communities, and several main roads. Overland was able to execute on the project while maintaining daily living and access for those around it, throughout its life cycle. Proactive site management and clear communication worked to ensure that the community stayed informed and welcoming to their latest addition.

Storefront units will be available at the intersection to draw in local traffic. Each unit, regardless of being focused on industrial or retail, will include 240v power and fiber internet access. Industrial clients interested in making Midway their new home will find over 25,000 SF of leasable space, all with an energy efficient design that integrates seamlessly with the rest of the campus.
